How to Cook Lomi

This recipe is very good to serve while hot early in the morning as breakfast and when it's raining to beat the cold weather. More ingredients is better such as Squid Balls and other frozen goods. I also use "Chicken and Corn Soup" ready mix powder so it would be easier to cook this recipe.



Ingredients:
300g Lomi Noodles
2pc Onions
1pc Garlic
200g Squid Balls
1pc Chinese Cabbage
2pcs Eggs
200g Chicken Liver
Ground Black Pepper
Fish Sauce (Patis)
Chicken & Corn Soup Powder
Wansoy (Coriander)
2 Liter Water


Procedure:
1. Boil the Chicken Liver and slice into small pieces.
2. Boil 2 Liter of Water and add the chopped Garlic, Onion, Squid Balls, Boiled Chicken Liver and Carrots then boil for 5 Minutes.
3. Add the chopped Chinese Cabbage then boil for another 3 Minutes.
4. Add the Chicken & Corn Soup (Dissolve it first in warm/cold water) and keep mixing.
5. Add Fish Sauce for taste and saltiness.
6. Add the Noodles and boil for another 5 Minutes.
7. Add Ground Black Pepper.
8. Turn off the heat and add the Eggs then slowly stir.
9. Add chopped Wansoy (Coriander) and mix it well.

Tip: You can add crushed Chicharon for more flavor.
