How to Make Kimchi (Korean Style)

Kimchi is a popular Korean Cuisine but this can also be made anywhere around the world. All we need is the right ingredients and process in making it. Kimchi is a good combination of eating Samgyeopsal. To prolong the shelf life of Kimchi we need to store in refrigerator.




Ingredients: Napa Cabbage Daikon (Korean Radish) Buchu (Chives or Kuchay) Spring Onions Onions Salt Garlic Ginger Fish Sauce (Patis) Glutinous Rice Flour Water Korean Chilli Powder Procedure: 1. Wash all the ingredients and chop accordingly 2. Dissolve the Glutinous Rice Flour in water then heat until sticky 3. Add the Fish Sauce and the Chilli Powder then mix well 4. Add the other chopped ingredients 5. Fill in the mixture on the cabbage 6. Preserve for 1-2 Weeks Note: Keep refrigerated
