How to Cook Lady's Finger (Okra)


How to cook okra chinese style spicy

This is a very healthy recipe that is good for your digestion.

Scientific Name: Abelmoschus esculentus

Ingredients:
200g Okra (Lady's Finger)
250g Ground Pork
30g Oyster Sauce
8 Cloves Garlic
1pc Onion
1.5 Spoon of Chilli Paste
Ground Black Pepper
1.5 Cup of Water
Cooking Oil


Procedure:
1. Chop the Okra in Small pieces.
2. Sauté the Garlic then Onion.
3. Add the Ground Pork and 1 Cup of Water.
4. Add Oyster Sauce and boil for 10 Minutes
5. Add Ground Black Pepper and Chilli Paste and boil for 3 Minutes.
6. Add the chopped Okra and add the half cup of water.
7. Boil for 4 Minutes.
